Mayrui is the founder and CEO of XpertTech, where she is responsible for guiding the company’s overall strategy. She brings a wealth of extensive experience and knowledge to the company through her 10 year career in the IT sector. Mayuri has worked with some of the world’s most respected IT companies including Bose and Cambridge Systematics. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Osmania University in India before coming to the US to complete her Master’s Degree in Computer Science at the University of Texas. Outside of XpertTech, Mayrui is a loving wife and mother of two and enjoys traveling and a great novel.

As Executive Vice President, Joe drives the XpertTech brand, clientele base and structure of the company. Prior to joining XpertTech, Joe spent over ten years in the IT consulting industry as a successful leader and contributor. Joe received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business and MBA at Pace University. Apart from his dedicated work at XpertTech, Joe values the time spent with his wife and new son. When away from the office and family, Joe reserves the free time for his second love of the great outdoors and fly-fishing.

Ramana became CFO of XpertTech in 2009 and is responsible for all financial aspects of the company. Contributing over 17 years of experience in training, finance, recruitment and, human resources, Ramana lends his expertise in multiple areas of the company. Preceding his role as CFO, Ramana was the Director of India Operations and Human Resources. An Engineering Graduate of Bangalore University, Ramana also majored in Communication and Electronic Media. In his free time, Ramana is a true family man and enjoys spending time with his family traveling and site seeing.

Suchita was named Human Resource Manager in 2004 and handles the management of all company policies, employee compensation and recruitment. Before joining XpertTech, Suchita worked within the IT community in Mumbai for over 7 years. Suchita received her Undergraduate degree at Mumbai University with a focus in Commerce and Company Accounting before she complete her Master’s at Sydenham College. When away from the office, Suchita is the mother of two active children and loves watching re-runs of her favorite show “Friends”.

As the Director of Business Development, Adrianna provides superior leadership and experience through hiring technical staff, sales and, consulting.  In her preceding role, Adrianna was a Senior Account Executive for a telecommunications company. Adrianna Iadarola holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders and is currently working on her Masters of Business. Adrianna is active in her community and loves to unwind by taking long walks through the woods with her son.

Kelsey joined XpertTech in 2011 and provides an innovative approach to marketing, social media, event planning and, brand recognition. Prior to her time at XpertTech, Kelsey was an Online Marketing Strategist, specializing in social media and online marketing campaigns. She also has experience in the financial sector through time spent with the Department of Justice and USDA. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from the University of Maine where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She was also an active member of Alpha Phi International Women’s Fraternity and has a passion for cooking and the great outdoors.
