Mayuri is the founder and CEO of XpertTech, and is responsible for guiding the company’s overall strategy. She brings a wealth of extensive experience and knowledge to XpertTech through her ten year career in the IT sector. Mayuri has worked with some of the world’s most respected IT companies including Bose and Cambridge Systematics. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Osmania University in India before coming to the US to complete her Master’s Degree in Computer Science at the University of Texas. Outside of XpertTech, Mayrui is a wife and mother of two, and enjoys traveling and reading a great novel.

Ramana became CFO of XpertTech in 2009 and is responsible for all financial aspects of the company. Contributing over 17 years of experience in training, finance, recruitment and human resources, Ramana lends his expertise in multiple areas of the company. Preceding his role as CFO, Ramana was XpertTech’s director of India operations and human resources. Ramana graduated from Bangalore University with a degree in engineering, communication, and electronic media. In his free time, Ramana is a true family man and enjoys spending time with his loved ones, traveling and sightseeing.

Since becoming a member of XpertTech in early 2010, Mohan has been a valuable leader and contributor. Leading IT operations, he ensures the XpertTech standard and best practices are implemented in every aspect of the company. In previous roles, Mohan excelled in the IT industry as a manager, consultant and entrepreneur. Mohan attended Osmania University where he received his Masters degree in Commerce. In his leisure time, Mohan enjoys traveling with his wife and two children.

Nitin has been a member of the XpertTech team since 2009 and provides over a decade of recruiting and staffing experience. In his current role as Practice Manager, Nitin is responsible for managing both US and India offices. His previous career as the Director of IT Recruiting contributes extensive knowledge of the field and leadership to the company. Nitin earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Mumbai in Physics, and then continued on to receive his Masters in Physics at the University of Rhode Island. Away from the office, Nitin is a family man with a passion for travel and luxury cars.
